The funeral service for the late James Patterson will be held on Tuesday January 10th 2023 at David Williams Funeral Home located at 102-20 Sutphin Blvd, Jamaica NY.
The viewing beginning at 11am following the service at 12pm.

James H Patterson was born October 28, 1941, to Joseph Henderson and Annie Elizabeth Patterson. He was born in Columbia S.C. He graduated from Johnson H.S.
James never liked being confine in an office, he loved the open road. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service. In the year of 2009 as a truck driver. When not working James’s love spending time with his family. He loved jazz and sports. His joy was spoiling his grandchildren and his pets. James became well known in the neighborhood from walking his dog Button. James and Button developed many friends within the neighborhood. He loved working with his hands he was always trying to fix things around the house. James had a kind heart, when ever his family and friends needed help, he was always there for them.
James was married to his loving wife Roberta Patterson for 47 years. They raised four children. Sharon Love (deceased) Kyreem, Otis, and Arashene. He leaves to mourn his wife and three sons. He also leaves his precious grandchildren Princess, Tiffany, Mark, Elky, Shawnee, Kyra, Shane, Keyshawn, Kawan, Diamond, Destiny, Kyrie and Kryeem Jr. (deceased) He also leave to mourn eight great grands.
