The funeral service for the Kenneth Joseph aka “KJ” will be held on Friday, January 13th 2023 at St. Theresa of Avila Church located at 563 Sterling Place Brooklyn, NY 11238. Repast to follow. The final resting place for KJ will be held on Saturday, January 14th 2023 at Canarsie Cemetery located at 1370 Remsen Ave Brooklyn, NY 11236. We thank you all for your thoughts and prayers during this time.

Mr. Kenneth Cosmos Joseph also know as “KJ” and “Daddy” was born in Birchgrove, St. Andrews Grenada on November 28, 1932 to Mr. Danielle Mitchell Joseph and Ms. Daphne “Magnetta” Gittens. He leaves behind his children Gloria, Leon, Kellyleon, Verna, and Mona. Siblings who are deceased: Ruffin, O’Hanley, Augustine, and Sydney, and he leaves behind his sister Imelda residing in the UK. KJ was best known in his church community in Grenada and he was a well known parishioner of St. Teresa of Avila Church in Brooklyn NY. We give him thanks for his years of service in the Security and Maintenance service industry where he served his community on Lincoln Place and St.Johns Place in Brooklyn. KJ was known for frying the best fried chicken, he was a singer in the church, he enjoyed watching tv shows that would give him a deep laugh, and most importantly he loved to listen and read the word of God daily. We are honored to celebrate 90 years of life that he shared with all of his children, grandchildren, great-grand children, cousins, friends, family pet Teddy, and all of his loved one near and far. |
