Special Info  Ina Althea Carpenter was born on October 21, 1965, in Jamaica NY, to Doris Evangeline Carpenter and Issac (Ike) Chestnut (Both Deceased). On November 13, 2023, Ina took her wings and flew away. Ina attended school in Jamaica New York. After graduating from Richmond Hill High School, she went on to further her education by graduating from LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City, NY. She went on to do additional schooling at Baruch College in New York City. Ina furthered her relationship with God when she joined the Shiloh Baptist Church of Jamaica. She became part of many different groups within the Church. Ina was a very lovable person with a heart of gold, she was always willing to help others. Ina was employed by Sizzler’s Restaurant and Home Depot. She later stepped away from retail and joined the insurance field. She was employed at Penn Mutual Life Insurance company where she worked alongside her mother, Doris George, for 20 years. Ina leaves behind to morn and cherish, a very special companion Tim Waltower; two brothers, Eric George and Issac Chestnut Jr.; two sisters, Denise Whitehead and Trina Chestnut; two uncles, Vernon Carpenter Jr. (Wife Margaret) Deceased, Alvester Carpenter (Wife Sharry); three Aunts, Alice Marie Tucker (Husband Melvin), Susie Carpenter (Willis) and Eleanor Robinson (Husband Willie) Deceased, as well as a host of lovable nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Ina, my dear you left us with heavy hearts. You will always be forever in our hearts, and we will always miss you! You never said you were leaving You never said Good-bye You were gone before we knew it And only Good knows why
