Mother Maggie Rea Cribbs-Harris, transitioned from her earthly home to her mansion on high on November 7, 2023. She was born in Sulligent, Alabama on July 10,1927 to Mrs. Alberta Hackman-Cribbs and Mr. Will C. Cribbs. She was educated in the public schools in Alabama and in her late teenage years, her parents relocated with her and her other siblings to Rockaway, New York. After residing in New York for a few months, Maggie decided to move back to Alabama because she missed her younger sister Pearl who stayed behind from the family. Later, Maggie met and married Willie B. Harris, and came back to New York to live in the family home. They were blessed with their first baby, Willie C. Harris. After working a few years, they moved back to Alabama and Maddie gave birth to her second son, Samuel T. Harris. After another 7 years, they moved back to New York. She was a faithful member of Little Refuge Temple in Inwood, New York, under the leadership of Elder Juniour Pratt. She served faithfully until relocating to Jamaica, New York, where she joined Faith Tabernacle under the leadership of David Boyd until his transition. She was led by the lord to join Burns Memorial C.O.G.I.C., where she served on several committees until she unfortunately succumbed to her illness. Mother Harris was predeceased by her husband, Willie B. Harris, sons Willie B. and Samuel T. Harris, her father Will C. Cribbs, her mother , Alberta Hackman-Cribbs, her siblings Pearly R. Harris, Sadie M. Cribbs, Izella Cribbs, Earnest Cribbs. She leaves to celebrate her life, her two sons, Elder Frank J. Harris (Stephanie) of Raleigh North Carolina and Jerrell D. Harris of College Point, New York, one grandson Jeremiah Harris of Raleigh, North Carolina, 4 sisters, Mrs. Lena Frazier, Ms. Gertrude Cribbs of Jamaica New York, Ms.Catherine Cribbs of virginia, and Mrs.Mae Cribbs-Watts of Hempstead New York a host of nieces and nephews, one goddaughter Justine Williams of florida. Close friends Elder and sis Jackson, sis E. jones, sis D. Mcfarlene, sis M. Samson, Mrs. Barbara of Chicago, IL, and all of her church family whom she loved dearly.
