Special Info |
Jayde-Lynn Jazmyn Francis was born July 25th, 2004 at 9:45pm in Downstate hospital, Brooklyn
New York in the United States of America, weighing 5lbs – 10oz and she was 19” long to Sarah
lee Cyrus and Damian Francis.
Growing up, Jayde was a shy child, always quiet and to herself around big groups and crowds
and pushing her older sister to talk first when interacting with others. She graduated with
honors at Brooklyn Science & Engineering Middle School and continued to study at Edward R
Murrow High School where she took part of the Yearbook Club, Cross Country Team, and the
Flatbush Leadership Academy.
In 2022 she began her Associates degree in criminal justice at Kingsborough Community College
where she found her love for the world of Forensics and psychology. While at Kingsborough, she
was the president of two clubs and achieved recognition for her involvement in the institution’s
events and ceremonies as a member of the college discovery program and student aid at the
school’s library office.
Jayde may have been shy on the outside but once you had the opportunity to really get to know
her, she would immediately taunt you with her heavy hugs, whiney mocking, and her infectious
laugh. She was always eager to help and make people happy, she couldn’t dance but she knew
how to use her body to make her loved ones laugh! She took the people from elementary to
high school to college with her on her journey through life, she made the best memories and
had the fearlessness to take risks. she had a stubborn mind, nothing you said would ever turn
her away from what she truly desired. She loved her K-Dramas, C-Dramas, Tai Dramas, honestly
all Asian Dramas, and music, K-Pop, Afro beats, R&B, Russian, Arabic, French and Spanish! She
was in love with the world and the many cultures that it had to offer.
Jayde leaves to mourn her mother, Sarah, sister’s: Amira, Neveah, Sky, Brother’s: Christian and
Kyro, father, Damian, maternal grandparents: the late Alrick Cyrus, Belinda Chandler-Marshall &
Perry Marshall, Paternal grandparents: Suzette Francis & Garvin Bishop, Aunts: Maggie, Becky,
Terry, & Shakira, and the many relatives of the Chandler, Cyrus, Griffiths, & Francis family in
Grenada, England, and America. |
