Born to Cletus & Cecilia Francis in Port of Spain, Trinidad, Willie was the middle of nine siblings. Being of Grenadian parentage, he spent his teenage years in Grenada before the family moved to the USA. Seeking to further himself, Willie went unto Manhattan College in Riverdale, meanwhile joining Macy’s Corporate Division as an Accounts Specialist. Later, he attended DeVry Institute in LIC, attaining his Certified Microsoft Technician credentials.
Willie enjoyed numerous hobbies. His Joy and Passion was movies and music. He was enthused about all Sci-Fi movies - especially the Star Trek television series. He loves Soca and Reggae, particularly his favorite singer, Gregory Isaac and the song “Sad To Know You Are Leaving”.

Willie, your laughter, kindness, and love will live on in our memories.
“What more can we say
Sad to know that you’re leaving
Even though it’s kinda grieving
Sad to know that you’re leaving
But Jah will guide you (Willie) along the way”
May Willie Rest In Peace in the Lord's Kingdom.
