The funeral for the late Eloise Elaine Pearce Cummings will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Miracle Temple Ministries located at 965 Thomas S Boyland, Brooklyn, NY 11212. There will be a viewing from 9:00am to 10:00am immediately followed by the funeral at 10:00am.

Eloise Elaine Pearce was born in Georgetown, Guyana on January 26, 1934 to Mariatina Cummings. Elaine was the last of the four siblings, Claude, Vernon, Doreen (all deceased).
Elaine was employed in Guyana, working for several years, for foreign and Government dignitaries.
Elaine was a young mother to three children Megan, Aubrey (deceased) and Michael, before she met and married the love of her life, Donald Pearce, Snr, and was blessed with another son, Donald Pearce (Jnr.)
Elaine migrated to the United States in the 1970s and lived in Brooklyn, New York for several years. She was employed by a family of physicians and also by an investment banker for many years until her retirement.
Elaine was blessed with excellent organizational skills and chartered many bus trips to Atlantic City, Niagara Falls, and other locations yearly, for the pleasure and enjoyment of her many friends and acquaintances. She also was very instrumental in arranging sou-sou (box-hands) which enabled the participants to meet their personal obligations.
Elaine also derived immense pleasure from traveling. She went on cruises to several Caribbean countries, as well as air travel to Dubai and other parts of the world.
Elaine was loving, caring, unselfish, compassionate and an excellent listener. She was a friend to many. She was fiercely loyal and shared endless encouragement and advice with her friends and relatives. Elaine loved music, dancing, and partying with her friends.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Donald Pearce Snr., her children Megan, Michael and Donald Jnr., and daughter-in-law, Ceciele. Also left to mourn her loss are the following:
Grandchildren: Naya, Megan, Andrew, Sharon, John, Orissa, Sidon, Tamika, Allison, Joel, Nicola, Aubrey, Avay, Adolph.
Great grandchildren: Romel, Roddy, Rodwell, Trinity, Rickell, Jasmine, Rondray, Jocelyn.
Great great grandchild: Romella.
Nieces and Nephews: Dennis, Jean, Lindon, Lloyd, Lennox, Brian, Patrick, Denise, Barbara, Monica, Claudette, Claude, Sandra, Merlyn, Clarence.
Godchildren: Paula Payne and others.
As well as a host of other special friends, relatives and acquaintances.
