Allen Wayne Noel, a devoted father, brother, and friend, passed away on January 27, 2025, in Brooklyn NY. He is survived by his two daughters, Roxanne and Tamara, and four grandchildren.
Wayne is also survived by his aunt, Eastlyn Welch; sisters, Janice and Jillian; brothers, Derek and Stokely; niece, Shenice; and a host of relatives and friends, including:
Members of the defunct Bee's singing group
The Noel, Phillip's, Ventour's, Depredine's, Hagley, Oneale's, Adolphus, Purcell, Butler, Dolland's, Sylvester's, Robertson, Pascal, and Fraser families.
Gordon Ventour, Joe Frank, Roslyn Legon, Daphnie Phillips, "No Problem", Ben Gittins, Kathleen Monteram, Margaret Ann Haywood, Lawrence Duncan, Harold Andrews, Selwyn Charles, John Harding, Lena Boyd, Jean Baptiste, Thompson Gooding, Sandford Walker, and members of the Constantine Methodist congregation in Grenada.
He is predeceased by his parents, John and Louisa Noel, and many aunts, uncles, and close friends.

| condolences to janice, jillian, derek and the rest of the family on the passing of my dear cousin wayne. he had a beautiful voice and therefore i had him record a song that i wrote entitled, channel your resources, in the early 1980s. the song was recorded at don charles' studio in grenville. may his soul rest in eternal peace. | REV.
