The funeral for the late Carmen Scott James will take place on Monday, September 1, 2025, at United Apostolic Church located at 205-24 Hollis Ave, St. Albans, NY 11412. The viewing will be held from 3pm-4pm followed by the funeral service at 4pm. She will be laid to rest on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in Uniondale, NY.
