The funeral for the late Tammy Yvetta Lashley will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Sweet Rest Baptist Church located at 150-14 Foch Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434. The viewing will be held from 9:30am-10:30am followed by the funeral service at 10:30am. She will be laid to rest in Brooklyn, NY. Please give your condolences to the Lashley family.

Tammy Yvetta Lashley was born to the late Stella and Samuel Lashley Sr. on March 17th 1963, in Brookly, NY
At a young age Stella and Samuel Sr. moved to Queens, NY were Tammy was raised along side her sibling and after recieving her education in the Brooklyn and Queens schooling system she gained employment in the hospitality field as a laundry supervisor
Tammy was not only a devoted daugher, mother, sister and friend she was a great cook and always the life of the party, her beautiful smile and witty personality are just a few of the great qualities we will all miss.
On may 8th 2026, Tammy departed this life with her love ones by her side and she is preceded in death by her parents Stella and Samuel Sr. Lashley (grandmother) Cora (Aunt) Nobie, (Sisters) Sandra, Pamela, and Constance, (Brothers) Alfred, Samuel Jr. (Dino), Vincent (nephews) Omar and Dashawn, (sister-in-law) Yvonne.
Tammy (Money) Lashley is survived by her children Yvetta, Damel, Crystal, Tyrone, Mark and Anton. Sisters Lori and Druneat, and Micheal Lashley. 15 grand children, 1 aunt, 3 daughters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, one son-in-law, 1 godfather, Mr. Jean Tune and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
