Special Info  Today as we are gathered, here to not only comfort one an-other in this time of grief, but to celebrate the life of our be-loved departed sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Emmaline Ve-ronica Williams and affectionately called, “Tabby or Vern by many, live her life of joy and determination and hard work. Tabby was born on October 21st, 1957 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She was the fifth child for the late Ovita Susan-nah and Nathan Emmanuel Harry. Veronica and other sib-lings grew up in a small village called Simon also knows to others as New Prospect. Veronica had a special bound and love for her family. Their deceased parents struggled to support their children to make sure they always have food on the table. Tabby and other sib-lings would go around within their community to sell bread cake and other things just to make ends meet. Tabby and her younger brother Hendrickson was the last of the bunch grow-ing up, she would guide and protected him, throughout her life. Tabby love to pitched marbles, riding scooters, donkey, tied out animals you name it and she was ready to do it, eve-rything that the boys would do during their growing up days. As a young girl growing up tabby had a special love for Spiritual Baptist for she will imitate them and have her own services. She had followed the footsteps of her parents as it relates to her religious con-viction. During her days growing up, she focused on obtaining the best education as a student attended the Biabou Primary School. She was involved in sports such as track and field and netball. She later attend-ed the New Adelphi Secondary High School she was with the secondary school was divided into differ-ent houses and colors and students were placed in houses, where there were involved in playing net-ball among them for trophies of which Veronica was part off. She had been a member of the School Choir under the leadership of the late Alban Henry. She later obtained her high school diploma. She had set her goals and objectives as it’s relate to her education and successfully achieved them. Upon graduating from secondary school, tabby wanting a better opportunity for herself, she was enrolled and attended typing classes in Kingstown. In 1976 she was employed at Edwin De Laynes & Sons Ltd. as a store clerk. Veronica was a very ambi-tious woman, who had an obligation. However, few years later she resigned from her job at Edwin De Laynes & sons and was later employed at National Providence Fun. In 1985 Veronica migrated to the USA where she continues to excel as she meets her objectives and achieved her goals. Thing were not always easy for her but every situation that she found herself in, she would find a way to make lemonades from her lemons. She was employed with Mrs. Winestiens at Manhattan for a period of twenty five (25) years. Subsequently she attended a trade school to pursue banking, having completed that course she was graduated and later employed with the Bank of New 9 York as an accountant. Her areas of focus were business taxes, and on weekend she would do part time work. The relationship you forge and the bond that we all created was no doubt was of a great one. Ve-ronica lived a life based on the principles and the teaching of her beloved parents and I know that with-out a doubt she has blessed and bestowed that unto many of you, although many of us are saddened of her sudden passing and never get to say goodbye Tabby would never want anyone of us to be sad for we know that one day we shall see our sister, aunt and friend again. As we leave with this scripture in 2nd Corinthians chapter 1 and verses 3 and 4 which states “Praise be to the God and father of our lord Jesus Christ, the father of compassion the God of all comfort who com-forts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. Now that you have departed this world and have gone to a better place, God be with you ‘til we meet again. Love you always.
