Viewing for Linda Everett will be held on Friday April 29th,2022 from 10am-11am followed by funeral service at 11am at Calvary Baptist Church 773 Hicks Street Brooklyn NY.

Special Info   Linda Ruth Everett Stanley was born on October 3, 1949, to the late mother and father Richard and Victoria Armstrong Everett. She was then later married to the late Joseph Stanley, known as Bubba until his death in 1993. Linda Everett Was born and raised in Burgaw Nc, she was a member of Pike Creek Baptist Church. She then later moved to Brooklyn Ny, where she established a new home and started a family. Linda was an excellent homemaker, wife, loving mother and grandmother. Being independent and self sufficient with a bubbly sense of humor she was without a doubt loved by her family and friends. On April 17,2022, The lord called one of his angels home. Linda preceded in death of along her mother and father, Richard and Victoria Armstrong Everett. Along with her brothers and sisters- Author Lee Everett, Richard H. Everett, Roy Lee Everett, Mae Everett London, Marie Everett Frazier, Bertha Everett, Essie Everett Smith. She is survived by her loving son - Jimiyu Everett, grandson- Joseph Stanley jr, and granddaughter- Dajasia Everett. Linda leaves behind her brother and sisters- Benjamin Everett sr, Willet Everett Robinson, Helen Everett Smith. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends who love her dearly. Dear Grandma I remember 4 years ago I made a wish that you and my other grandmother would be able to see me graduate high school. But on April 17,2022 god had other plans for you, I will forever have the memories of you in my heart and mind. Here I am today trying to be strong for you and trying to make not only my parents proud but you as well, I wasn’t prepared to say goodbye but knowing that your no longer in pain makes me smile. These last two months of high school is going to be hard for me but imma push through just so I can look up at you in heaven and say “ Grandma I did it ! ”. Family members call me little Linda and now I understand why, now all I can do is smile when people call me that cause I know I’m carrying your name on. Until we meet again Rest In Peace Grandma I Love You Forever 🖤🕊.
