Details:

Gladstone Lloyd Dean also known as Danny to many, was born August 18th 1955 in Saint Andrew Jamaica. He was the 4th of 9 children. His parents Isiah and Icelin Dean along with his brother Douglas predeceased him.
He attended Halfway Tree Primary School. Danny was a humble, hardworking, very punctual person... Danny loved music especially old-time reggae. His music system was life to him. He loved his 80's and 90's shows like Wrestling, Three's Company and many more. He loved to cook. His favorite dish was oxtail, and he loved soup. Brown was his favorite color, and his laughter would light up a room.
“Love at first sight" Danny and Linnette who he calls Linn, met at Nellie's shop, a friend of Linnette. When Danny and Linn met they became inseparable ever since. Danny and Linnette were married for 39 years and had 3 children, a set of twins: Shelena and Shaun. who were born in Jamaica, West Indies, and Simone who was born in the U.S.

In July of 1980 he migrated to New York to join his parents and other siblings to make a better life for his family. In the early
eighties he worked in Long Island for more than several years at a factory where he was offered a supervisor position but shortly thereafter the business was closed. His last place of employment was at JFK, during his time working at JFK his 1st grandson Adam, was born in 1996, and a second grandson born in 2008 named Jayden from his 1st born Shelena. He loved His grandchildren.
For many years now Danny had several health issues, but he did not give up, he had a very persevering spirit during the time of his illness, Linn was the perfect wife that God knew Danny would need during his time on Earth. She dedicated her time, patience, and love to him. He also was supported by his children and grandchildren.
On November 7th, 2014, Danny accepted the lord as his personal savior and was baptized at Queens Faith Temple where his wife is an active member.
On Oct 13, 2022 with great sadness we lost a husband, father, grandfather, uncle and brother.
"I SHALL NOT DIE, BUT LIVE, AND DECLARE THE WORKS OF THE LORD"
