Life brings tears, smiles, and memories. The tears dry, smiles fade, but the memories last. Allow me to share the memories of Fabian that will last forever. Fabian Lloyd, affectionately known as Tony, Pops, Grandfather and Dad, was born on September 12, 1950, in Dumfries, Jamaica. He was the son of Harold and Adina Lloyd. He is survived by his four children Sandra, Andria, Marveny and Jeffery. He was also blessed with seven grandchildren, Jayvon, Jeffrey Jr., Jaymie, Jevelle, Jevia ,Demonte and Kyle. His pre-deceased siblings are Ceesil, Olga, Elva, and Bobsie and surviving siblings bad Lottie and his great friend and baby brother Devon. He attended Summerton All/age School in Jamaica. He then migrated to the U.S. in 1973. Fabian worked as a machinist / truck driver for many years. In his later years he also worked as taxi operator until his sudden death. Fabian was a devoted grandfather, who was both kindhearted and generous to his grandchildren. He loved them greatly and had his own sweet nicknames that he made up for them. Fabian was a great listener, who was quick to offer advice and go the extra mile for his friends. He would often strike up conversations with strangers He often spoke of Jamaica and visited as frequently as he could, it is where he was most happy Thank you for being a part of our lives, we will all miss you “Pops”
